KUWAIT CITY IN FOG

  2018         Kuwait

program note

Kuwait is known to be a very hot country with temperatures reaching 50°C or even higher in the hottest months of the year. But there is a small window each year for winter in Kuwait, and temps can drop quite low. In these few cold months, and in the early hours of dawn, one can some- times witness the whole city engulfed in fog. The view from ground level is amaz- ing, but the aerial perspective of a drone gives us a fresh new view of this unreal event.
